FlexStaff is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our client outpatient healthcare center that provides primary care, dental, behavioral health, OB/GYN, and other community-based wellness services for their location in Queens, NY.
Provide comprehensive women’s health care: prenatal, postpartum, gynecology, family planning.
Perform exams, routine procedures (IUD/implant, endometrial biopsy, Pap/colposcopy support).
Order, interpret, and act on labs and imaging.
Manage acute OB/GYN issues; triage and escalate to physicians/surgery as needed.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care and referrals; support hospital admissions/continuity.
Deliver patient education, contraceptive counseling, and trauma‑informed care.
Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, and meet productivity targets.
Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and case conferences.
Precept staff/students and pursue required certifications/licensure.
