Presbyterian Hospital is hiring New Grad nurses for our hospital in Santa Fe.
Presbyterian provides a year-long nurse residency program for newly graduated nurses who are interested in starting their professional careers.
The program has been shown to improve engagement and retention by providing a strong nursing foundation for quality nursing practice. Residents will obtain continuing education credits upon completion of the program.
Nursing students and newly licensed nurses graduating from an accredited college within 12 months are welcome to apply. Qualified candidates must have a current RN license and an associate degree in nursing. Residents will be hired as full-time nursing staff with benefits. Hours will be variable and at various sites.
Prior to starting the program, residents and fellows will interview for full-time permanent positions with hiring managers.
