We're in search of compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and make a positive impact on clients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes.
Provide personalized care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as needed Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client
