We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team.
In this role, you will help ensure the safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of compounded medications that improve the lives of pets nationwide.
You'll collaborate with pharmacy technicians and operational teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care.
The Basics Location: Chandler, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $70/hr Schedule: Shifts are based on business needs and may vary.
Pharmacists support operations across multiple schedules, including weekdays and weekends.
Morning Shift: As early as 5:00 AM Evening Shift: Until 10:00 PM Weekend Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

How You'll Make an Impact Supervise pharmacy technicians engaged in compounding, filling, labeling, and preparing prescriptions. Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Communicate with prescribers regarding prescription clarifications, refill authorizations, and patient-specific needs. Ensure compounded medications meet quality, potency, and pharmaceutical standards. Maintain compliance with USP guidelines, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Perform additional duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership. What We're Looking For Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Active Arizona Pharmacist license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure. Knowledge of non-sterile and sterile compounding principles and practices. Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
