Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity injuries. Monitor patient progress and educate families on rehabilitation tasks under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.

We take pride in the level of personal and compassionate care that is delivered; emphasizing a `hands-on´ approach to rehabilitation and exercise.Job DescriptionAssist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plansConduct therapeutic activities according to the occupational therapist's guidanceMonitor patient progress and report it to the supervising Occupational TherapistInstruct patients and families in following treatment plans and using therapeutic equipmentHelp patients improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-beingMaintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatmentsModify treatment plans to address patient needs in consultation with an Occupational TherapistEducate patients and their families on tasks and activities necessary for rehabilitationCollaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomesQualificationsGraduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.One or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.Hand experience highly preferredCurrent state of MA license, CPR certification.Outgoing and caring personality.New graduates are welcome to apply.Additional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $28.00-$35.00.

Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.

Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary plus an individual incentive plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life and a 401(k) plan, in addition to other outstanding benefits such as continuing education reimbursement and Paid Time Off.

USD 28 - USD 35 - hourly

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum and hold a current MA state license and CPR certification. Outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome.
