Rehab/Chiro Aide Full-Time: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) 8-hour shifts, Days Rehabilitation at Grand Itasca's Pro Building INTERNAL POSTING THROUGH: 7/3/26 Job Summary:
The Rehabilitation Aide prepares and cleans treatment areas, positions patients, maintains supplies, and assists in patient treatment plans.
You will play a vital role on the rehabilitation team by following our patients throughout their recovery process and returning them back to their independence!
Here's what you'll do when you join us: Prepare and assist staff with patient treatment.
Room patients for Chiropractor appointments, complete intake and insurance forms, and take patient's vitals.
Complete transfers, ambulation, and vital signs on patients.
File and manage paperwork and assist with patient scheduling as needed.
Maintain great communication with patients, families, and the rehab teams.
Obtain equipment and supplies and prepare them for use while maintain proper supply of equipment.
Schedule and track of the peak performance program.
Complete phone calls/messages and print schedules while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Graduate of a Nursing Aide program.
Certification and current listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry preferred.
BLS Certification or ability to obtain within two months of hire and maintains certification.
Chiropractic Assistant training and Therapy experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs as required.
Demonstrated ability to adhere to and follow Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital Mission, Values, Vision and policies.
Maintains reliable and consistent attendance.

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting.
