BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency team! **This position is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience and credentials.*
• Schedule: 3x12s or 4x10s Pay: $22.15 - $44.91/ hour This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience. We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example: Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential As an Emergency Veterinary Technician, you will: Triage and obtain patient history Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines. Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases Work along side other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
