Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

The Activity Associate I works under supervision with general exercise of independent judgment in the planning, coordinating, and implementing of a comprehensive multi-level recreation program to meet the needs of participants.
Adheres to administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety, health and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Activity Associate qualifications include
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
