Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or hospice Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to identify patient needs and prioritize care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion Why Join us?
