Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines
