• Responsibilities Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families about treatment goals and home exercises Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes Requirements Current state licensure as a COTA Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and rehabilitation techniques Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members Experience in acute care or skilled nursing facilities preferred Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
