Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care, including labor and delivery management and surgical procedures. Perform hospital rounds and collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists for high-risk patients.
Provide 24-hour call coverage for OB/GYN emergencies and deliveries Perform C-sections, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, ovarian torsion surgery, and treatment of abnormal bleeding Manage clinic patients on designated non-call days (approximately 20 patients per day) Collaborate with OBHG hospitalist and MFM for high-risk cases Maintain thorough documentation in EPIC and adhere to hospital protocols
Must be Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with an active Virginia license and DEA. Requires a minimum of 50 deliveries and 15 C-sections performed within the last 12 months.
