English Rose caregivers provide overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you’ll have the time and support to focus on resident safety, comfort, and meaningful care.
Team support If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift. Caregivers also have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.
