In this collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and evidence-based treatment while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to equity, resilience, and whole-person care. Salary for this role. Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of licensure and company equity. Annually, $122,595.20 - $156,145.60 Bilingual Language Differential Pay. Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language. Schedule. We are a hiring full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and have flexible schedules including 4-, and 5-day workweeks. We have a hybrid work schedule where you can enjoy working remotely 1 day a week.

• Functions: Provide direct psychiatric services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment of patients assigned, on a regular basis. As within the State outlined scope of practice. Assure clinicians in assigned services receive appropriate clinical supervision, as necessary. Work with multidisciplinary staff to evaluate and triage according to level of acuity, as needed. Share 24-hour on call responsibilities with other psychiatrists for residential, outpatient and emergency care, as assigned. Maintain availability by telephone for face-to-face evaluation of emergency patients, as appropriate. Provide utilization review of all patients in continuing care to ensure appropriate medical/psychiatric services are received, as needed. Attend team and other meetings, as necessary. Provide consultation with staff on patient care and difficult cases, as needed. Understand and comply with organizational goals around quality, compliance, standards, and policies. Complete required education and training in a timely manner. Accurately and completely document patient care. Provide information to credentialing, payroll, etc. in a timely manner Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the client's care team.
• QualificationsRequirements: Master's degree in Nursing with Prescriptive Authority. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.

• Requirement: Per Colorado BHA regulations, you must hold an active Colorado NP license in good standing before providing any client services. Out-of-state multi-state or compact licenses are not sufficient. Certified as an advanced practitioner of nursing by the Colorado State Board of Nursing. Valid and Current DEA. Current knowledge of pharmacology. Ability to administer medications and injections. Knowledge of diagnoses and theoretical issues related to clinical treatment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn/utilize electronic health record. Treatment philosophy consistent with managed care principles. Required Vaccination and TB Test. At AMHR the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities.
