Market context
California urgent care clinics commonly need Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants because walk-in volumes and same-day care needs stay consistent across adult and pediatric patients. This role is competitive because employers look for unrestricted medical and DEA licenses, all-ages treatment experience, and BLS/ACLS readiness, while the posted pay and benefits can vary by site.
