Access Healthcare is seeking a skilled and independent Full-Time CRNA to join a Texas-based facility on a 1099 contract working 26 weeks per year. This high-paying opportunity offers $270,000 annually for a flexible half-year schedule, making it an excellent choice for providers seeking strong earning potential with extended time off. The role features a well-balanced monthly case mix of approximately 50 OR cases, 20 GI cases, and 20 OB cases. CRNAs work autonomously and are on-call during their scheduled days. ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OR, OB and GI. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings)
