As an Oral Surgeon on our team, you will see multiple patients on a given day and offer medical and surgical recommendations for their issues. You will also conduct both minor and major oral surgeries, including extractions and implants, in line with their care plan. The ideal candidate has all the necessary licensing with the state, has excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
Provide consultations with patients, and give your medical opinion on surgery needs and potential outcomes Order tests and review results to determine the best course of care Collaborate on implant cases and post-placement restorations Perform both routine and complex dental surgeries, including extractions, grafting, and implants Work closely with other dentists and medical professionals to provide the best care possible Handle emergency dental cases with professionalism and urgency Complete excellent post-operation and treatment notes and maintain meticulous records
Must hold current DDS or DMD degree, and be licensed with the state Board Certified and/or Board Eligible Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in clinical or private practice Strong organizational and problem solving skills Candidate must have a strong background with consultations, comprehensive treatment plans, and dental emergencies.Benefits: Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative team environment
