Due to expansion, Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-specialty group in Fairfield County, CT. Monday-Friday schedule with strong support staff and multiple locations to choose from.
Hospital-employed position Now accepting visa candidates Bilingual in Spanish a Plus 100% outpatient practice, no inpatient responsibilities Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours/week Strong support staff Outpatient only — Monday through Friday schedule Average 18 patients per day EPIC EMR (very important) Comprehensive support team including community health workers, nutritionists, and care navigators Strong onboarding and ramp-up period Spanish proficiency a plus Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonus Start Date: May 2026
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty group setting New graduates are welcome to apply
