Position: Gastroenterologist Needed Near Merrillville, Indiana

Location: Merrillville, Indiana (1 hour from Chicago)

Healthcare United is actively searching for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join an established healthcare system located near Merrillville, Indiana, 1 hour drive from the vibrant city of Chicago. What to Expect

Performing all ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.

Availability of EGDs and colonoscopies, among other procedures.

Dedicated GI lab time to support your work.

A call rotation of 1:5, with GI fellows taking first call.

Collaborative team support from hospitalist and general surgery.

Hospital consultations are seen with GI fellows.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
  • Expertise in performing ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of gastroenterological procedures.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with the medical team.
