  • Healthcare United is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to join a well supported and growing cancer program in East Central Illinois. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care within a collaborative environment supported by experienced physicians advanced practice providers and oncology specialists. The cancer center is located on the hospital campus providing efficient workflow and access to comprehensive oncology services. This opportunity offers strong compensation and excellent work life balance
  • Join an established oncology team including physicians advanced practice providers and radiation oncology
  • Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both clinic and hospital settings
  • Dedicated APP support for inpatient consults and infusion management
  • Cancer center located on hospital campus for streamlined workflow
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated cancer care
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Participate in shared call rotation with phone call only coverage

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
  • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
  • Active DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
  • Commitment to patient centered care
