- C-section rate is less than 20%
- Only practice in the region offering TOLAC

- Support team include RNs, CMAs, on site ultra sonographer’s experienced in high risk OB scans, and on-site English/Spanish medical interpreter Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $280,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.
- Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure.

- Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed an OBGYN residency
- Board eligible or board certified
- Have or able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA
- Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries
