Compensation and Benefits: We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $225,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipen Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure.
With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years.

New hires and transfers must submit their fingerprint clearance card or fingerprint receipt before their hire date or transfer date.
Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
