About the Role

IPS is seeking a Arizona-licensed master's-level therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice serving Arizona patients. This is a hybrid role that is telehealth-first — you will primarily deliver care remotely, with optional in-person opportunities available based on your preference and patient need. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements, with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week depending on your availability. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work. This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group, and the flexibility to work primarily from home with in-person options if desired. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy, primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs) Document clearly and concisely in the electronic health record Maintain continuity of care and monitor clinical progress over time Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care Participate in peer consultation as needed

Qualifications
