Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced CRNAs for a high-acuity locum opportunity in Hawaii’s largest anesthesia practice, servicing the state’s only Level I Trauma Center. This 6–12 month full-time contract offers a fast-paced environment with a broad range of cases, from trauma and neurosurgery to orthopedics, vascular, and thoracic procedures. Providers will work four 10-hour shifts per week, including one weekend day, and participate in a collaborative care team model. Malpractice coverage, lodging, rental car, and travel expenses are included.

Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Hawaii ● Minimum of 0-1 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in trauma, general, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and other high-acuity cases ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS required ● Flexible schedule with locum contract options
