We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a CRNA to join a supportive and autonomous team in Athens, Texas. This 1099 position pays $295,000 annually, includes 7 weeks off, and features light call (1:7) with strong clinical independence. CRNAs practice independently, making this an ideal environment for those looking to maximize their scope and autonomy. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but training is available. ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, regional, endo, and OB/GYN cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Regional proficiency preferred
