Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) assists at the advanced beginner level in providing individualized, goal directed nursing care to patients and families utilizing principles and practices of the nursing process; interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired outcomes.

The following Operating Rooms will be participating in the Spring 2026 New Grad blitz. Please apply to this posting by August 5 if you are interested in any of the units below:

Main Operating Room (Main OR)

Rutledge Tower Operating Room (RT OR)

• Rutledge Tower Operating Room has 9 OR suites for both adult outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures and provides service to a multitude of specialties to include ENT, Oral Surgery, Adult Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Gynecology, Urology, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Surgical Oncology, Endocrine, Colorectal, Robotics, and Minimally invasive surgeries. RT OR is open Monday
• Friday until 5:00 or 7:00pm and is currently closed on weekends and major holidays. Our orientation includes training for both the circulator and scrub roles. We are a 100% Bovie smoke free facility that is highly innovative and provides excellence in nursing care.

Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or at a distance.
