Provide emergency crisis intervention services, including clinical risk assessments and the formulation of clinical dispositions for behavioral health patients. Manage patient care through de-escalation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the coordination of involuntary or voluntary psychiatric admissions.
a. Conduct and complete initial and follow-up clinical and risk assessments for patients with behavioral health, co-occurring and related behavioral health stressors.

e. Provide precise and accurate clinical summaries/reviews with psychiatric providers to development appropriate clinical dispositions
f. Formulate after-care plans, assisting patients in navigating the system of care and securing needed follow-up clinical appointments.
a. Complete de-escalation interventions with patients independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
b. Complete re-assessments and ongoing clinical interventions for identified treatment targets
c. Facilitate and manager transfer to involuntary, voluntary and CCIS units for ongoing care
