Responsibilities

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing: Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy. Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. We are looking for exceptional talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Texas.

Experience

One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Texas. One year of experience in mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing is preferred.
