The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing: Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy. Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Arizona Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR
