Compensation $16/hour What You’ll Do As a Caregiver, you’ll make a real difference each day by supporting clients in their homes.
You will: Arrive on time for each assignment and complete tasks outlined in the individualized plan of care Provide assistance with daily living activities, including: Preparing meals and washing dishes Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping) Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dusting, vacuuming) Offering companionship through conversation, reading, games, and activities Reminding clients to take medication Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding services provided and any changes or concerns in a client’s health Use sound judgment and maintain strict client confidentiality Positively represent Connections at Home in every interaction What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) Previous experience or education in home care, human/social service OR related field!
Interest in working with older adults Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required CNA certification is not required Schedule & Hours PRN (as needed) Work Location Care is provided in private homes throughout Lancaster County and within Willow Valley Communities.
