As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments,observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
36 hours per week, night shift (7pm-7am) every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
$37.00 - $84.71
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification, with a BSN and ACLS preferred. Experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and telemetry competency are highly desired.
