Position
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals and families facing mental health challenges. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. This is an on-site position, allowing you to work closely with our clients and team.
Key
Responsibilities: Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions. Develop personalized care plans based on clients' mental health needs. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide holistic care. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare system. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company and legal standards.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or social work setting. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with veterans, first responders, and their families. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
