Directs clinical workflow and provides high-quality patient care under the guidance of physicians and advanced practice providers. Manages clinical supplies, maintains regulatory logs for vaccines and laboratories, and ensures accurate EMR documentation.
Ensures the workflow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff according to provide excellent patient care with direction from Physicians and/or APP.
May be responsible to maintain appropriate logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines and medication under regulatory guidelines.
Responsible for storage and inventory of all clinical supplies.
Maintains a close working relationship with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Director, and Management.
Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring, and respective manner.
Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures.
Completion of formal coursework that is equivalent to a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Combination of equivalent years of relevant work experience and some formal education may be considered. BSN Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Also, demonstrates understanding of the operations in a medical practice environment preferred.

Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, BCLS certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, while a BSN and Women's Health experience are preferred.
