We are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and reliable individual who is committed to providing excellent care to our clients. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities. Assist with mobility and transfers as needed. Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) from New Jersey Board of Nursing. Previous experience as a home health care aide preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Access to reliable transportation. Valid CPR certification(Preferred but not required). Ability to think and work both independently and with direction. Must have exceptional personal hygiene. Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner. Knowledge of basic housekeeping. Demonstrated experience in providing home healthcare services. Compassionate and caring demeanor.
