The Wake Hospital Medicine team is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our FLEX Hospital Medicine team, providing inpatient coverage across multiple Wake Region medical centers.
Full-time FLEX position. 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). Approximately 14 shifts per month. Provides inpatient coverage across the following Wake Region Hospital Medicine locations: Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Winston-Salem High Point Medical Center – High Point Lexington Medical Center – Lexington Davie Medical Center – Bermuda Run Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive inpatient adult medicine care. Assignment to services and locations is based on departmental and operational needs.
Physician Assistants Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Master’s degree preferred. Current North Carolina PA license. NCCPA certification required. Prior inpatient provider experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
