In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred Excellent interpersonal and client care skills Valid driver’s license First aid/CPR certification required
