In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know, follow and maintain resident rights. Assists with oversight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.
