Essential duties and responsibilities

Assessment of mental health conditions. Treatment plan development. Provide therapeutic services for adults, children, and families. Case Management Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clinical needs Advocacy, referral and linkage to recommended community resources Complete required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, treatment authorizations and authorizations of medical necessity. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the ability to provide ethical, professional, and clinically appropriate behavioral health services to diverse populations. The individual must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound clinical judgment, collaborate effectively with treatment team members, and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Skills required

Trauma-Informed: Must display a willingness to adopt trauma-informed interventions, principles, and practices and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development in trauma-informed care. Recognizes the impact of trauma on individuals, families, staff, and communities and incorporates trauma-informed principles into assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery.
