Assessment of mental health conditions. Treatment plan development. Provide therapeutic services for adults, children, and families. Case Management Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clinical needs Advocacy, referral and linkage to recommended community resources Complete required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, treatment authorizations and authorizations of medical necessity.
