The LPN provides professional nursing care and treatments while monitoring the health status of residents. They are also responsible for overseeing the work and performance of unlicensed staff.
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility (TCU/LTC) in Lake City, MN Nursing schedule includes; 64 hours every 2 weeks Evening shift; 8 hour shift Every other weekend and holiday rotation LPN student load reimbursement program; up to $2,000 year/over 5 consecutive years.

BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice 0-1 years of experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree 1-3 years of experience MS Office, Excel, and Word Point Click Care knowledge
