Whether you are an RN or an LPN, your primary mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and champion the best possible health outcomes for the individuals we support.
Advocate & Coordinate: Partner and communicate openly with external healthcare providers to ensure the people we serve receive exceptional routine and preventative care.
Provide Clinical Care: Accurately administer medications, injections, tube feedings, monitor vital signs, and respond swiftly to any changes in health status.
Educate & Empower: Provide health-related education (like infection control and medication safety) to the individuals served and our dedicated, unlicensed direct-care workforce.
Collaborate & Plan: Contribute clinical insights to annual support plans, facilitate personal health goals, and maintain comprehensive, compliant healthcare records.
Schedule: Evenings (3-11pm), 40hrs, and every other weekend

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing for Nebraska.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general nursing experience.
