In this fast-paced, collaborative role, no two days are exactly the same. You’ll rotate among top providers in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, working directly with diverse patient populations in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. Care: Provide specialized inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.

Broadly: Partner with diverse hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff across different locations to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Quality: Monitor high-acuity patients, adjust treatments on the fly, and ensure top-tier clinical outcomes.
Lead on the Go: Support and oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in ever-changing environments.
