Market context

Phlebotomy roles remain steady in Massachusetts

In Massachusetts, phlebotomy lab assistant openings are typically driven by ongoing inpatient and outpatient testing needs, so employers often look for candidates who can work across settings and maintain accurate specimen handling. This role is competitive because current phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility for full-time work matter, while a phlebotomy course and valid driver’s license can strengthen an application. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then emphasize your inpatient and outpatient experience and readiness for patient-facing lab work.
