As an Infusion Nurse (Psychiatry), you’ll provide safe, effective IV-based treatment in a supportive outpatient setting. You’ll monitor patients closely, manage care from start to finish, and create a calm, reassuring experience throughout each visit. What You’ll Be Doing Administer ketamine infusions safely and effectively via IV Monitor and support patients throughout treatment sessions Educate patients and families on the infusion process with clarity and compassion Provide calm, reassuring emotional support during care Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Support providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions Collaborate with the team and assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly Requirements (Must-Haves) Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong IV placement, maintenance, and management skills Knowledge of medications, sterile technique, and infection control Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting Why Join Serenity Healthcare?
