Visalia Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats residents, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, communicates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record. The OT also provides clinical guidance and education to staff to support optimal resident outcomes.
