Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting daily clinical operations by assisting providers, delivering quality patient care, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and helping ensure the efficient flow of the clinic.

Assist with dental procedures, including extractions and orthodontic treatments Prepare dental materials and maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workspace Prepare patients for exams and procedures Pull, file, and maintain patient charts, X-rays, and required documentation Perform dental dressings, impressions, and other duties as directed by the dentist Sterilize instruments and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for use Maintain patient confidentiality and follow infection control protocols Attend required CPR and safety training RDA candidates will also perform additional responsibilities, including select supervisory duties What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (for RDA applicants) Previous dental healthcare experience & training highly preferred What You Can Expect
