As an Affirmed Pediatric LPN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home. Our nurses care for medically complex pediatric clients. Unlike facility-based settings, home care allows you to focus entirely on your patient, deliver high-quality individualized care, and make a lasting impact on a child's life. Shifts are typically 8–12 hours, with flexible day and night shift scheduling options available.

Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required Pediatric, home care, PICU, NICU, or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred Comfortable providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients Eligibility to work in the United States Valid driver's license Physical exam within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years Why Affirmed Home Care?
