Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Florida ● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team ● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable ● Must have Trauma experience ● Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central/arterial line placement ● Must have FT availability ● Must be willing to cross-credential at secondary facility ● Must have a clean background and malpractice ● Must not have worked for Envision within the past 12 months ● Must live outside of 75 miles from the site ● No providers who have worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months ● No providers that worked at this site or an affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site
