The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options. The position offers 5 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME, and a full benefits package including retirement, health, dental, and vision. ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered. ● Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
