Deliver professional dialysis-related nursing services and monitor patient status in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing through critical thinking and problem-solving.

You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

We are currently offering a $9,000 retention bonus and relocation packages to qualified individuals.

Some requirements for this position: No Dialysis experience is required! - We WILL train!

Paid on-the-job training available for the first 10 weeks.

Float to various clinics on an as needed basis.

You must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift - no on call required!

Shifts can start as early as 4:30AM!

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree Previous Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, or previous dialysis experience is a plus!

What you can expect: Build long term relationships with patients and their family in an outpatient setting.

Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.

Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.

You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of RN experience. Preference is given to candidates with over two years of experience with acutely ill patients in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg environments.
