Lafayette Ferry Street Medical Building 2708 Ferry St Lafayette, Indiana 47904 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our growing family medicine practice at our FPN Ferry Street Family Medicine Clinic in Lafayette, IN.

This physician would join a thriving practice consisting of three physicians and three nurse practitioners, as well as an experienced support staff.

WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

Physician will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Flexible schedule; No weekends or holidays Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day Shared Call 1:4 with Nurse Triage System Physician will provide oversight to 1 NP Telehealth offered On-site lab Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failure

Qualifications

Requirements

Requires a Doctorate degree and a Physician License (MD/DO). Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and hold a BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
